‘Managed Services’ is a full recruitment solution from start to finish, a 360-degree responsibility for the recruitment, induction, training and deployment of staff for the customer.
HOW IT WORKS?
The ‘Managed Services’ either begins at the start of a new business requiring recruitment and staffing solutions or works with established businesses in conjunction with the customer’s contingent workforce – normally a period of three to six months before becoming fully operational. A contingency plan will be in place for the transition.
