HOW IT WORKS?
When a client approaches our company, we use our own personal CV database and internet sites to conduct keyword searches, which help source relevant CVs. Our Recruitment Consultants will ‘headhunt’ and make contact with prospective candidates, convince them to go forward for the job and conduct initial telephone interviews with them to assess their genuine suitability.
